How to open your collection here

StampID keeps your collection on your phone. To work on it here:

What you see is a copy of your phone from the moment you scanned. Stamps you scan afterwards do not appear by themselves — choose Refresh from phone above the collection, then open StampID. The existing encrypted session sends the latest copy; you do not need another QR code.

What you can see

Every identified item appears as a card with its front photo, country, year, denomination, catalogue number and the app's estimated value range. Click a card to see the full record:

Use the album list to browse one album at a time, the search box to find a country or catalogue number, and the sort menu to order by date, country, year or value. The totals bar sums the mid-point of every value estimate so you get a rough figure for the whole collection or a single album.

Edit your collection and send the changes back

Typing on a keyboard beats typing on a phone. Open any item and choose Edit to correct what the app identified — country, year, denomination, catalogue number, name, series, grade and condition, value estimates — or to add your own notes and mark favourites. From the album bar you can create, rename, recolour and delete albums, and each item's edit form lists the albums it can belong to. Remove from collection deletes an item and takes it out of every album. For changes across many items, press Select items, tick the cards (or select everything shown by a search or album), and use the bar that appears: set one field for all of them, add them to or take them out of an album, mark them as favourites, or remove them.

Edits stay in the browser tab until you press Review and send. You first get a review of everything that would change — each edited and removed item with an Undo button — and then Send to my phone. The app lists exactly what changed and applies it when you tap Apply, after saving a safety copy; Restore Safety Copy in Settings undoes it. If the app was closed, the edits wait for a day and are offered the next time you open it.

Only the items and albums you changed or removed are touched. Stamps you scanned after pairing stay where they are, and an item you edited on the phone in the meantime keeps the phone's version. You can keep editing and send again as often as you like.

Export a spreadsheet or print an inventory

Export CSV writes the items currently shown to a spreadsheet file (one row per item, with values and album names) that opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets — handy for insurance inventories, dealer lists or your own database. Print lays the cards out as a compact inventory sheet. Both run locally in your browser.

Thumbnails are kept in this browser — on your computer, not on our server — so your phone need not send them again. That is Remember photos on this computer, which is on to begin with: untick it, or choose Forget this computer, and they are erased. Closing the tab discards everything else.
